Refund policy

Wearzorvan accepts return requests made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Remain unworn, unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original tags, accessories and packaging
  • Be accompanied by an order confirmation, receipt or other proof of purchase

Before returning anything, please email support@wearzorvan.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once your request has been approved, our support team will provide the correct return address, a return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact support@wearzorvan.com promptly. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are generally unavailable for:

  • Customized, personalized or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing their original packaging, tags or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance products

These limitations do not affect any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend requesting a return for the original product and placing a separate order after your return request has been approved. The refund for the original order will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

European Union Cancellation Rights

Customers receiving an order within the European Union may cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned products must remain unworn and unused, with their original tags and packaging, together with proof of purchase. This section does not limit any additional rights available under local law.

Refund Processing

After your return reaches us, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the funds.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact support@wearzorvan.com.
